As of March 1, all PPE, disinfectants, and Corona Virus-related products can’t be returned or refunded per our terms of service. These orders are not cancellable with the manufacturers due to high demand.
Returns are subject to our acceptance and approval. If an item you received is not the item you ordered, is damaged, or incomplete (missing parts), or defective due to defects in manufacturing and would like a refund, please notify within 3 days by phone, whatsapp, or email, advising us of your order number (found in Order History in ‘My Account’), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you. This must be done within 3 (three) days of receipt of the product. We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email/phone within a reasonable period of time.
If you notify us after 3 days we may accept the return but you will be subject to a restocking fee. If you wish to return an item because it is no longer needed or wanted please contact us in 2 days and subject to our acceptance, we will issue an Return Authorization, and you will be refunded minus restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Please be advised that if you discover an error prior to receiving an item purchased or upon receipt you determine an item ordered is incorrect or not what you wanted please notify us directly as soon as possible. Do not refuse delivery at the door for an item that is incorrect or that you changed your mind about prior to contacting us first so that we can arrange safe return of inventory. If an order that you legitimately placed is refused at the time of delivery you will be subject to pay the total cost of shipping to deliver and return the freight plus a restocking fee.
Cancellation/returns may not be possible for certain products under the following conditions:
- Damages due to misuse of products
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of products
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
- Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer or vendor’s warranty;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
- Any wearable product that has been worn, washed, tags removed, stained from trying on and/or odor, smell of smoke, or show any type of damage etc.
- any product exposed to blood and/or other body fluids that could be infectious or contagious
- For hygiene reasons for example toilet and personal care products. Any items that could be potentially infectious or contagious after using cannot be returned. For example, items such as wound care, skin products, incontinent briefs and underpads, needles and needle disposal, surgical blades, gloves, cannulas, thermometers, stethoscopes, and related items.
